Our first and only auger rig at the moment. It is equipped with a positive air shutdown system to ensure safe operations on potential sour gas sites. Including a Webasto heater for easy starts on cold Canadian mornings. It utilizes 6” Solid stem augers, the mast stands at 15ft (4.5m) operating height. $200/hr
Groundwater monitoring well installation.
Wells used to access and measure ground water levels and quality. These wells are drilled to depth to access the water table and can vary in diameter and depth. At Tricore we can provide insight to availability and quality of groundwater, monitoring for contamination, and tracking the movement of groundwater.
Monitoring well abandonment.
The process of permanently sealing a monitoring well to prevent contamination of groundwater and to protect the surrounding environment. This process is typically required when a monitoring well is no longer needed or when it is being replaced with a new well. The abandonment process typically involves sealing the well with bentonite chips or grout and filling the surrounding area with clean soil or resealing with asphalt or concrete patch.

Tricore Environmental can provide phase 2 drilling services on a disturbed site. We can drill and install monitoring wells to assess ground water and other contaminants on the site. We provide services to approach the best means of stabilizing the site and restoring the soil back to its original condition
